Brandi Taylor is an experienced home consultant with Brigadier Manufactured Homes. She takes great pride in excellent customer service and a commitment to work hard, listen and follow through. Your home buying experience is her top priority. Whether you are a first-time home buyer or familiar with the process, she will assist you along the way. Having grown up in Hubbard, Texas and graduating from Tarleton State University, she has intimate knowledge of the area. When she is not helping her clients find their dream home, she enjoys spending time with her husband JT and their three dogs (Jack, Moe, and Dallas).

Bobby Patterson has been a home consultant with Brigadier Manufactured Homes since 2020. Native to Central Texas, he has extreme knowledge of the surrounding areas. His love for people and providing exceptional customer service will take your home shopping experience to the next level. Married to his best friend for 37 years, he is a proud family man with four children, sixteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Bobby is excited and ready to help you find your dream home!

Santiago Villasenor AKA “Santi” is a Home Consultant at Brigadier Homes, has over 25 years of experience in sales with deep knowledge of home loan products including FHA and VA, is fluent both English and Spanish. Santi is a proud US Army Veteran who embraces high moral and ethical values; believes every customer should be treated to the best home buying experience, our best effort and courtesy every single time. He grew up in Chicago and has lived in Germany, Arizona and now calls home our great state of Texas, where he spends his time off with his wife (Rachel) and 3 Dogs (Ruti, Sargento and Val).

Kim Bolton
- Office Manager
Kim Bolton is the office manager at Brigadier Manufactured Homes. She has 13 years’ experience in the manufactured homes industry. Kim began her career in customer service and evolved into running the day to day operations of the business. She enjoys meeting new people and ensuring all homeowners needs are met. She is a jack of all trades and if something needs to be done, she will find a way to make it happen. When she is not at work she enjoys spending time with husband, Wayne, and family.
Kara Murry
- Service Coordinator
Karalyn Murry is the service coordinator at Brigadier Manufactured Homes. She was recently welcomed into the Brigadier family. Although she is new, she is a quick learner and shows compassion for helping customers repair their home. Communication and organization are key skills that she values and holds dear to her heart. Karalyn received her associate degree from MCC and ran a cleaning business for three years before starting her job at Brigadier. In her free time, Kara enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
Katie Simpson
- Service Manager
Katie Simpson has been with Brigadier Manufactured Homes since 2020, starting as a service coordinator and now working as the service manager. She can be seen at many times helping in all areas of the business, from quoting insurance to preparing and completing closing documents. She will be able to assist you with any questions you have regarding trim out, skirting, A/C setup and other additional improvements. Outside of work, you can find Katie seeking something fun to do with her daughter, Ellie.
