Erich Adams

With over 15 years of experience in the manufactured home industry, Erich brings extensive knowledge, leadership, and a strong commitment to customer service. As a dedicated family man, Erich understands the importance of finding the right home for your family’s needs. His goal is to provide honest guidance, clear communication, and a smooth buying experience while helping every customer find a home that fits their wants, needs, and budget.

April Bearden

April Bearden joined the Brigadier team in 2023. Coming to us from the hospitality industry, she is experienced and passionate about great customer service. Ensuring that every person is treated like family and has a positive experience at Brigadier is her top priority. April was born and raised on the outskirts of Waco, Texas and has proud and deep roots in our community. She and her husband Jason reside in nearby Robinson, Texas with their 3 children. When April is not at the office, she can be found at the football and soccer fields cheering on her son Camden or visiting her girls Ashtyn and Lyndi at Texas Tech University. Her favorite place to unplug and unwind is at home curled up with her favorite book. April looks forward to working with each of you and making your new home dreams come true with Brigadier homes.

Brandon Butler

Brandon Butler is a proud Waco, Texas native and a recent addition to the Brigadier Manufactured Home team. Before joining Brigadier, Brandon built his career in public safety technology, specializing in drone sales for first responders across the region. He holds an undergraduate degree from Baylor University and a master’s degree from Tarleton State University. Outside of work, Brandon enjoys hunting, spending quality time with his family, and helping out on his family’s ranch. He brings a strong work ethic, deep Texas roots, and a passion for serving his community to every aspect of his career.

Kara Still

Karalyn Still is the service coordinator at Brigadier Manufactured Homes. She was recently welcomed into the Brigadier family. Although she is new, she is a quick learner and shows compassion for helping customers repair their home. Communication and organization are key skills that she values and holds dear to her heart. Karalyn received her associate degree from MCC and ran a cleaning business for three years before starting her job at Brigadier. In her free time, Kara enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Katie Simpson

Katie Simpson has been with Brigadier Manufactured Homes since 2020, starting as a service coordinator and now working as the service manager. She can be seen at many times helping in all areas of the business, from quoting insurance to preparing and completing closing documents. She will be able to assist you with any questions you have regarding trim out, skirting, A/C setup and other additional improvements. Outside of work, you can find Katie seeking something fun to do with her daughter, Ellie.

Bobby Patterson

Bobby Patterson has been a home consultant with Brigadier Manufactured Homes since 2020. Native to Central Texas, he has extreme knowledge of the surrounding areas. His love for people and providing exceptional customer service will take your home shopping experience to the next level. Married to his best friend for 37 years, he is a proud family man with four children, sixteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Bobby is excited and ready to help you find your dream home!
